We automatically collect certain technical data when you use the Service, including: IP addresses, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, time and date of access, referring URLs, and device identifiers. This data is collected via server logs, cookies, and similar tracking technologies.
If you are a publisher integrating AdFlow's ad script on your website, we may collect aggregated, anonymized audience data from your visitors in accordance with applicable privacy laws and your disclosure obligations to your own users.
2How We Use Your Data
We use the information collected to provide, operate, and maintain the Service; to process transactions; to send transactional and promotional communications; to respond to comments and questions; and to send technical notices, updates, and security alerts.
We use aggregated and anonymized data to improve the Service, train analytical models, generate usage statistics, and inform product decisions. This data is not linked back to any individual user and cannot be used to identify you personally.
We may use your email to send you information about new features, product updates, and relevant industry content. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or contacting support@adflow.io.
4Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform, conducting our business, or serving you — subject to confidentiality agreements.
Service providers we may engage include: cloud hosting providers (AWS, Google Cloud), payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay), transactional email services (SendGrid, Resend), and customer support tools. Each provider is contractually obligated to handle your data securely.
We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety, or investigate fraud.
5Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access a copy of the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"); object to processing; request portability of your data; and withdraw consent at any time.

6Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are legally required to retain it for longer periods (e.g., financial records for 7 years).
Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked to any individual may be retained indefinitely for business intelligence and product improvement purposes.
Publisher ad impression logs are retained for 36 months for audit, billing dispute resolution, and fraud investigation purposes, after which they are permanently deleted from our production systems and all backups.
